The Seagate Properties Team has rejoined RE/MAX Spectrum, one of the leading real estate brokerages in Plymouth.  Mary Elizabeth Pacheco was the Broker and co-owner of Seagate Properties Inc., a residential real estate brokerage in Plymouth, MA started in 2010.  Mary Elizabeth decided that she wanted to provide her clients with something more. She wanted the flexibility to give her clients one on one attention and a customized approach and formed Seagate Properties Inc. With the mission to provide clients with the highest level of professionalism and customer service, Mary Elizabeth sought out other like-minded, realtors to join the team. Jennifer Castello came on board in 2013. “I joined Seagate because I believed that being part of a seasoned team would provide the support I was looking for to most effectively serve my clients.” Also in 2013 Caryn Wennerberg became a part of the team. “Seagate is a client-centric team of agents who treat every buyer and seller the way they would want to be treated. That is something I wanted to be a part of.” The Team wanted to focus their business solely on their clients, and therefore searched for a brokerage for support. After examining all of the options, it was our belief that RE/MAX Spectrum could provide the Seagate Team with the tool and support necessary to ensure that our clients were getting the very best attention possible. Today, the Seagate Properties team continues to thrive and has been the “top outside agents” in overall sales at the Pinehills for five consecutive years. And, with the increase in sales came the addition of one more agent to the team.
